Hi I'm Talja, Head Coach & Founder of Ubuntu Coaching. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share a bit about myself.

 

For the past 2 decades, I have had the pleasure of building highly effective and engaged teams within the Tech industry. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for helping individuals tap into their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals. I have found that there is a profound connection between leadership, personal development, and team success, and I am dedicated to helping individuals recognize and nurture this connection. I founded Ubuntu Coaching at the beginning of 2020, just before the world went a little crazy.

 

I am also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Transformation Life Coach and Yoga Teacher and so I work to address all areas of my clients' lives. Mind, Body & Soul. They are all intrinsically connected. Compassion, and connection are fundamental components of my life coaching. My approach is grounded in the Ubuntu philosophy that we are all interconnected, and that by collaborating and uplifting one another, we can achieve greater success and fulfillment.

As your coach, I will assist you in discovering and embracing your innate abilities, enabling you to unlock your full potential and create a positive impact on the world around you.
